On Wednesday, November 13, 2013, the Community Services Commission will conduct a meeting beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers at 201 North Broadway.

ArtHatch Studio Artists: Group Exhibition
ArtHatch and Distinction Gallery are excited to present a Studio Artists Exhibition, featuring the collective art of their very own in-house ArtHatch Studio Artists. Highlighting a wide range of work from original paintings, photography, and other mixed media, this exhibit is a representation of the broad spectrum of current local San Diego artists. Side by side emerging and accomplished artists come together to present their artistic voices and inspirations, giving rise to a diverse and creative show; representing over 30 artists total.  The Opening Reception with Live Music will be held on Saturday, July 9, 2016 from 6-10pm. Studio artists within the ArtHatch building will have their studios open to the public as well. The exhibition will run from July 9 through August 6, 2016. The opening reception with the artist, live music, open studios, Stone Beer, and BK Cellars wine will be on Saturday July 9, from 6-10pm. ArtHatch is a 7,000 square foot building which houses the front gallery: exhibitions changing monthly, "The Alley," featuring new and previous works from over 75 artists, the teen room featuring artwork by 15+ teen artists, 14 artist studios, ranging in size from 150 to 800 square feet, featuring the work of over 28 local artists, and "The Lounge", containing 8 walls featuring local artists. The front gallery features contemporary and cutting edge artwork.
